Sonia Williford-Gill is a Cross-Channel Marketing Manager who partners with brand and creative teams to develop integrated, multi-channel marketing programs engaging members and customers.

With almost 10 years of experience in marketing across multiple industries, Sonia knows that the key to connecting with your customer is to tailor communications to reach them with the most relevant message at the right time, in the right channel.

Sonia’s team is responsible for direct communications to a 47 million loyalty program member base at GameStop, Inc. via email, push messaging and most recently, SMS.

Sonia holds a Masters of Anthropology from the University of Alabama.
