Tracy Wightman is Head of Digital Capabilities at Sky. She has worked at Sky for more than 14 years and has managed several aspects of the full customer lifecycle. Tracy will discuss the new My Sky app — Sky's first new customer channel in 10 years and the cornerstone of their digital first initiative. My Sky has become the primary front door for all service and sales interactions as well as the new VIP Programme, which is only available through the app. Tracy will cover the app's transformation and evolution and how Sky is creating an "always remembered" communication channel by engaging customers in a personalised way.
